I'm a 24 year old male living in Romeoville. A few years ago I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Economics. I hope to one day open my own brewery/brewpub. Brewing beer has interested me for a while, but I started doing it early 2008. More recently, I've become the bar manager and beer buyer at an Irish pub in Bolingbrook. Through both my work and my social life I've tried to bring the joys of craft beers to other people. Hopefully I can use this blog to do the same.
